Welcome!

I have been in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 20 years and I have just recently stepped out on my own as Season to Change! It is exciting to follow your dreams and this concept and name have been a dream of mine for several years. I previously served as a Personal Trainer in Flower Mound, Texas at Life Time Fitness and as a Metabolic Coach and Level I & II Peak Pilates instructor I have made a name for myself through clients' results, as well as my unique coaching, teaching and mentoring abilities. I have experience working with children right through to the elderly, and everybody in between. I communicate and motivate exceptionally well, and have the skills and the knowledge to help anyone achieve their personal goals.
